Independent laboratory testing, professional sample collection, and expert interpretation for private well owners.
Independent · Laboratory Verified · Unbiased Recommendations
WellInsight is an independent third-party consulting service for private well owners. We collect samples, coordinate certified laboratory analysis, interpret the findings, and explain what the data actually supports. We do not manufacture treatment equipment, we are not tied to any treatment brand, and we have no financial interest in whether you buy a system. Most homeowners spend money on treatment before they have a single defensible number about their water. Our purpose is to reverse that order.
Samples collected on site to laboratory protocol — correct containers, preservatives, hold times, and chain of custody. Collection error is the most common reason a well water result is wrong.
Analysis performed by accredited laboratories using EPA and Standard Methods. Results are defensible, comparable, and accepted for real estate and lender requirements.
Complex laboratory data translated into plain language: what was found, what the reference value is, what it means for your household, and what — if anything — warrants action.
If treatment is indicated, guidance is based solely on your laboratory findings and industry standards. We sell no equipment and take no manufacturer commissions.
Each package is a scope of analysis, not a product. If you are not sure which applies, a short consultation is the fastest way to scope it correctly the first time.
Core health and sanitary screening — bacteria, nitrates, and primary chemistry. The baseline every private well owner should hold on file.
54-analyte panel covering metals, minerals, and general chemistry, interpreted against EPA reference values in an interactive report.
113-analyte expanded panel for households with unexplained staining, odor, corrosion, or geological risk factors specific to the region.
The full 113-analyte panel paired with bacteriological analysis — the panel most often used for transactions and post-remediation verification.
Added to any package when site conditions, geology, or land use indicate a specific risk.
A $55.00 on-site collection fee applies and is collected at the time of sampling. Laboratory results are typically returned within 5–10 business days. Single-analyte and custom scopes are available on request.
You do not receive a raw laboratory printout. You receive a structured water quality report written for the homeowner — every analyte plotted against its reference value, with the health significance explained in plain language.
No equipment sales, no dealer relationships, no commissions.
Accredited laboratories, EPA and Standard Methods.
Every recommendation traced to a measured result.
You are never sold a system by the party who tested you.
Full data disclosed — including what came back clean.
Documented collection, chain of custody, reproducible results.
